Your Song

We're planning to have our son baptized this October. He will be 4 months old then. So the other night I busied myself looking for songs that will be played in his baptism. It will be the first time I'll hear a mass since I came here in Belgium. We're all catholics but none of us are really THAT religious.

While searching for a song, I remembered that song from the musical film Moulin Rouge that Ewan McGregor sang for Nicole Kidman, Your Song. I really like the song, mostly because I'm a fan of Ewan but his version is a little too loud to be played in the church. The original version from Elton John is just perfect.

There will be other songs that will be played too. Like My Wish by Rascal Flatts, Find Your Wings by Mark Harris, the country song Love Without End, Amen by George Strait and the song Little Wonders from my favorite male singer Rob Thomas.

October is still far, so I can still think of another unique gifts to giveaway. I won't be needing much since there'll be just a few of us. Raidon's omi will buy the cake! :D
